A Tabriz from India, measuring 342 × 240 cm. The covered area is about 8.21 m² (11.2' × 7.9'). Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

The stated knot density is 400,000–499,999 knots/m². At this density even small-scale motifs can be worked out cleanly.
