Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as approx. 10 mm.

The rug is rectangular. A format for a smaller room, or the area directly in front of a sofa.

The stated knot density is 200,000–299,999 knots/m². In the mid range the pattern stays clearly legible without making the rug delicate.

How it reads

Colour is recorded as red and orange. With traditionally dyed wool, small variations of tone within one field are normal.
