A Tabriz from Iran, measuring 118 × 80 cm. That is roughly 0.94 m² of floor, about 3.9' × 2.6'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

The stated colourway is Braun / Gelb. Silk takes light differently from wool, so the same area can look pale from one side and deep from the other.
