Origin Iran, format 107 × 147 cm — a Nain made entirely by hand. The covered area is about 1.57 m² (3.5' × 4.8'). Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.
Construction
Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 10-12mm.
