Origin Iran, format 400 × 312 cm — a Tabriz made entirely by hand. That is roughly 12.48 m² of floor, about 13.1' × 10.2'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
What it is made of
Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. It is entirely hand-knotted. Pile height is given as approx. 10 mm. Weight is given as approx. 50 kg.
