A Tabriz from Iran, measuring 300 × 200 cm. It covers approximately 6 m², or 9.8' × 6.6'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

What it is made of

Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. It is entirely hand-knotted. Pile height is given as approx. 8 mm. Weight is given as ap. 18 kg.
