Origin Iran, format 203 × 308 cm — a Tabriz made entirely by hand. That is roughly 6.25 m² of floor, about 6.7' × 10.1'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

Construction

Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 7-10mm.
