Origin Iran, format 200 × 293 cm — a Nain made entirely by hand. The covered area is about 5.86 m² (6.6' × 9.6'). Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.

Construction

Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 10-12mm.

A size where sofa and armchairs can rest their front legs on the rug.
