Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-woven throughout. Pile height is given as 5mm.

The rug is square. At this size the rug defines the room rather than accenting it.

Colour is recorded as red and orange. Depending on the light and the direction you look from, the surface reads lighter or darker — a property of every handmade rug.
