Origin Iran, format 150 × 210 cm — a Tabriz made entirely by hand. That is roughly 3.15 m² of floor, about 4.9' × 6.9'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
What it is made of
Stated material: new wool, silk, silk warp. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 7-10mm.
