Origin Iran, format 150 × 210 cm — a Tabriz made entirely by hand. It covers approximately 3.15 m², or 4.9' × 6.9'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

Stated material: new wool, silk, silk warp. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 7-10mm.

The rug is rectangular. Large enough to hold a full seating group.

The stated knot density is 700,000–799,999 knots/m². Very fine knotting of this kind takes many times the working hours and shows correspondingly precise pattern work.
